WARNING : LONG TEXT POST

the last time i mentioned that i was doing a performance for independence day.

now i wanna tell the details of what's going on in the stadium while rehearsal, cause i think this event deserve a post ..

whenever we arrived at the stadium, we are always greeted by the committee standing in two lines in the walk in, clapping their hands .. and sometimes handing up bottles of water and bread.

after having your card scanned for attendance and finding your group and settle in, it's time to catch up with your friends. and after a while, your bags are taken away and kept in safety. then we head to the arena to practice our human formation and block formation. and recently we learnt about forming words.

if you're wondering exactly what am i doing every weekend , sacrifcing my rest time like this, i'm actually making patterns with my fellow friends.

so why am i actually doing this? by force at first but then i gradually come to realize , this might be a good thing for me. i'm challenging myself to push myself forward. it's discipline.

it's not easy waking up at 6 am every sunday when you arrive home at 11 pm from training just the night before. i'm always so beat when i get home on sunday evening..

of course, it does help that they constantly give us rest. and the lunch provided is yummy.. thanks to the aunties that wakes up in the morning to cook for us. everything provided without charge. =)

it is also encouraging that we have nice PIC (person in charge) --> [ teacher, instructor] , the people that learnt the steps before us and then taught us.

my PIC is nice although he does rant like a grandpapa sometimes.

during practice, i keep looking forward to go home but after that, when i get home, i feel like i'm worth it, i am actually doing something useful and i feel satiesfied.

and when it is time to go home, the committees stood in two lines again , clapping their hands -.-'' greeting us goodbye.

since last week, they even assigned a "counsellor" for each group.. to encourage us in case our spirit is broken. =)

and tonight we have a performers meeting to meet our "personal counsellor" .. but i don't think i can make it ..

damn you, assignments!

so yeah, i'm hungry. i'm in uni. and i wanna get something to bite .

and my schedule for weekends are full , well until independence day that is...

and yesh, it's gonna be on tv =D
