ok. rant of the day. i had enough of people asking me. note my convo the other day.

Friend : OMG.. that guy is hot .. *drool*
Me : where ? *look around*
Friend : There.. the one in the yellow shirt.
Me: oh , got long hair.. not cute la.. *look away*
Friend : -.-''

Friend : *flips magazine* yer.. this guy so cute.. i would date him ..
Me : *look* oh not bad .. *look closer* heh? he's born in 1990, that's like 3 years younger
Friend : cute also ma ..
Me : *thinks* yeah, to be my younger brother..

Friend: i think his moustache makes him look hotter *ranting about some celeb*
Me : i dun think .. *look* no, i dun find it cute..

then i got this question.. WHY AM I SO PICKY?

heh? picky eh ..ok.. today in my blog i will explain my pickiness .. and it has everything to do with what i see as i grew up

1. I cannot stand guys who smoke.

ok, majority of my girlfriends also say the same.. i dun dig smokers.. i have a friend who is an ex smoker.. yesh, thank god he quit de.. he say he smoked because he tot it is cool.. well guys, lemme tell you one thing.. it's NOT cool .. smoking kills.. and i ain't goin down with a guy who doesn't wanna take care of himself. besides, money can be put to better use..




2. Guys who are shorter than me makes me feel weird

so far, as i grew up, i always witness guys are taller than girls.. even my own dear younger bro is taller than me de.. i guess in a way i use my brother as a measuring pole for all the guys i see, but bottom line, guys have to be taller.. no matter if it's just 1 inch or such . for me anyways.



3. Younger guys creeps me out.. older guys scares me

i know, people say it's about the maturity but i just dun feel comfortable with a guy younger.. it makes me feel like i'm babysitting or something.. it just doesn't feel right to me .. none of my auntie or female relative are older than their husbands.. it's either same age or older husbands.. i also cannot stand guys who are older than me by more than 8 years.. so by this way 28 is the max.. i dun perceive guys of 30 ++ as "cute" or "dateable" .





4. Facial hair is not attractive.

some girls find it macho, manly.. well, i don't. in fact, it scares the shit out of me. it makes you look older.. and note above, older guys scares me .. and once again, no male in my family keeps facial hair.. no, i'm not against growing facial hair but i prefer not..



And lastly.. i think everyone who knows me know this ..

5. Guys with long hair are a BIG turn off..

the top 4 , i still can cut some small slacks.. i was sorta weirdly not really involved with a smoker.. and i still adore some guys with teeny weeny facial hair (cause they dun keep it for long, they shave it off ) .. but i never ever came across any long hair guy i can cut some slacks for .. as long as ur hair is below the collar and puff out from the sides.. no way ! i find it very disturbing.. some guys hair is nicer than mine.. with a touch of rebonding .. !! (i'm not jealous of their rebonding ok .. dun get me wrong.. ) but it's just not right to me.. it's just not.. to me it's like.. it's unusual.. and i'm an old fashioned girl ..



so girl pals, next time u wanna ask me why i dun think that guy is cute.. i have my reasons..

* i dun mean i look at guys physically oni, there's the inside that counts .. (i shall save it for another day) ..
