ok .. exam is done ... and let's give a little review before i start the holidays ...

this sem i have four papers ...

and let's see paper Vector Graphics..

since lecturer gave us tips, it made revising much easier and I was way pumped up for this exam.

the tips came out 100% accurate and i think i managed to walk out of the exam room with smile.

then comes Moral paper.. oh the moral paper..

of course there were tips but how misleading those tips were

tips says ABC, i read ABC but 123 came out ...

oh well .. pass and fail paper only ma ..

then it was Video Post Production paper..

how i wanted to tear my hair out at this paper!

all i could say during the whole exam was " I read this .. and this .. and this ! "

sure, i read it but i don't remember it !!! Argghhhh!!!

talk about blank out .. !!

lastly this morning was the last paper Visual Programming ..

theory wise i was handling it , managed to keep my head above water

but code wise, i drown like a bowling bowl thrown into ocean

man, how i hate coding!

AHHH ~~~ forget it .. forget the past and start anew ..

and anew is HOLIDAY!!!

so .. who wanna meet up with me ?? fast fast make appointment..

Few months ago …

Clicking on friendster, I accepted a friend request from an unknown guy.

A guy who never met me before

But I accepted his friendship because he’s a SGM member. ( I know, bias right? )

Our friendship blooms over the weeks

At first constant calls at night, both ways

Then the calls died down and the smses were not pouring in much either

We agree no hook up or any funny business

He was the one I call when I’m in distress

But he’s not the one I can sms and expect a reply

Instead he constantly and frequently sends forwarded good night smses to me every other night, without fail. Before he sleeps

Of course I got a bit pissed that he doesn’t sms a reply

Fine, he dun bother about me.. he don’t care

I got the chance to meet him after my performance on Merdeka day.

So I finally see him in person, we get along just fine.

Even if we saw each other for 10 minutes.

The forwarded smses keep coming in

I was frustrated that he just forwards messages to me

Until one night..

“ what u doing?”

“ out yum cha with other member. Why you not sleeping yet?”

“ oh, yum cha with friend. Other than that le?”

“ thinking of you”

“ why you think of me ?”

“ I dunno. I think of you everyday”

Then it hit me.

It’s not that he doesn’t care and don’t bother about me.

He had shown me that he does care.

I was in his thoughts constantly

If not, would he even bother sending me sms, even forwarded one?

At least he had remembered to forward to me.

Tonight he called again

Without fail, his calls make me smile.

Kien Lee, thank you for your friendship.

All those times when I call and whine and wept and complain and rant, you never judge me. Instead you spare a little time to accompany me and make me laugh. You say things that give me hope again and you make me feel like you will never leave. You always ask me to chant and do my prayers, give me guidance.

Who knows friendster can bring a guardian angel?
